Vikes' Griffen in protocol after deer causes wreck

Minnesota DE Everson Griffen will not play vs. Arizona on Sunday after being placed into concussion protocol. Coach Mike Zimmer said Griffen was injured in a car accident that occurred when he swerved to avoid hitting a deer with his car.
