Depleted 49ers fear Ansah could be out for year

Hard hit by injuries, the San Francisco 49ers fear they've lost defensive end Ziggy Ansah for the rest of the season after he suffered an arm injury Sunday against the Eagles. Coach Kyle Shanahan said the injury appeared to be a torn biceps.
