Source: 49ers deal Harold, last of trio to kneel

The 49ers are sending linebacker Eli Harold to the Lions for a conditional seventh-round draft pick, a league source confirmed. With Harold's departure, all three 49ers who initially knelt in protest of social injustice are now gone from the team.
