Browns QB Taylor dislocates pinky, bruises hand

Browns quarterback Tyrod Taylor dislocated the pinky finger on his left, non-throwing hand in Thursday night's preseason win over the Eagles. His hand is also bruised and sore, but coach Hue Jackson said he'll be fine.
